It takes up to 15 days. However, timings may vary during busy seasons. 

- How long does an order take to be delivered within the UAE?

It takes up to 7 days or less.

- Do you offer refunds or exchange?

No refunds No exchange unless the fault is from our side. 

- Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we accept alteration requests within 10 days from receiving the order. and it is free of charge but pick up and return charges of AED60 total would be on the customer.

- How can I take care of the piece?

Dry clean and hand wash using mild detergent only.

- Can I Iron the piece with normal/dry iron?
