Refund and Exchange Policy
- Once an order is placed, and payment is received we can’t cancel it.
- Estimated production and delivery time is one to two weeks.
- No Cancellation, No Refund.
- For any customized items (items where customization options are available e.g. for length or colour) we have a strict no exchange policy.
-All delivery and shipping charges for exchange and alterations will be paid by the customer.
- All requests for any customization should be communicated to the customer service team before the order is placed.
- If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 30 days of the delivery/shipping date, POOSH OFFICIAL will consider the order abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way and the payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.
- After receiving your order, if there are any further requests for alteration (length and adjustment) kindly get in touch with the customer service team within the next 10 days.
